Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between social identity and group efficacy with collective action on participants 212 which took place at Monas, West Jakarta on 2 December 2016, 2017, and 2018. The subjects in this study were 258 respondents. The sampling method used is Purposive sampling, where the sample comes from the participants of the action 212 (alumni 212). The collective action measure consists of 10 items with a reliability of 0.957, a measure of social identity consisting of 16 items with a reliability of 0.978, and a group efficacy measure consisting of 3 items with a reliability of 0.965. Data is taken using a Likert scale. Data analysis using the Spearman Rho Correlation technique because the data is abnormally distributed with a significance <0.05 which is 0.000. The results of this study between social identity and collective action have a correlation coefficient r = 0.876 with a significance p <0.05, and between group efficacy with collective action has a value and correlation coefficient r = 0.732 with a significance of p <0.05, which shows a relationship strong and positive between social identity and group efficacy with collective action. Keywords: Social Identity, Group Efficacy, Collective Action, Participants 212 Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara identitas sosial dan efikasi kelompok dengan tindakan kolektif pada partisipan aksi 212 yang berlangsung di Monas, Jakarta Barat pada tanggal 12 desember 2016, 2017, dan 2018. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 258 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling, dimana sampel berasal dari partisipan aksi 212 (alumni 212). Alat ukur tindakan kolektif terdiri dari 10 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.957, alat ukur identitas sosial terdiri dari 16 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.978, dan alat ukur efikasi kelompok terdiri dari 3 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.965. Data diambil dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisa data menggunakan teknik Spearman Rho Correlation karena data berdistibusi tidak normal dengan nilai signifikasi < 0.05 yaitu 0.000. Hasil penelitian ini antara sosial identitas dengan tindakan kolektif memiliki nilai dan koefisiensi korelasi r = 0.876 dengan signifikansi p < 0.05, dan antara efikasi kelompok dengan tindakan kolektif memiliki nilai dan koefisiensi korelasi r = 0.732 dengan signifikasi p < 0.05, yang mana hasil tersebut menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan postif antara identitas sosial dan efikasi kelompok dengan tindakan kolektif.
