Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Global Timur Ekspress. The data collection using primer data, with the research instrument is a questionnaire using a likert scale. This research was conducted on 100 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pegawai PT. Global Timur Ekspress. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.
