Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen oranisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Kantor Cabang Utama PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta Unit Safety, Risk & Quality Control di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 106 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif assosiatif. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah outer model dan inner model menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi, Efektivitas Kerja. This research is to know the influence of the organizational culture, transformational leadership and organizational commitment of the effectiveness of work at the Main Branch Office PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Soekarno-Hatta International Airport , Safety, Risk & Quality Control Division in Tangerang. This research was conducted towards the 106 respondents using a quantitative approach assosiatif. The Data analysis use are outer and inner model, models using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results showed a organizational culture positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work, transformational leadership positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work, and organizational commitment positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work.
