Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Kinerja Karyawan Pada Ditjen Industri Kimia, Farmasi Dan Tekstil Kementerian Perindustrian RI dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pegawai staff kementerian Perindustrian, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non- probability sampling. Skala Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dan data diolah menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan secara parsial (partial mediation) antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan dan variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan secara parsial (partial mediation) antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. This study aims to see and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Directorate General of Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Textile Industry, Ministry of Industry, Republic of Indonesia using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are staff employees of the Ministry of Industry, calculated based on the formula Hair et al. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale and the data is processed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method. The results of this study indicate that the variable leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work environment variables have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style variables have an effect on the satisfaction of work environment variables. positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction variables partially mediate the relationship (partial mediation) between leadership style and employee performance and job satisfaction variables mediate a partial relationship (partial mediation) between work environment and employee performance.
