Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Carrying Capacity dan Atribut Service terhadap kepuasan dan minat merekomendasikan pada non pengguna MRT Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuesioner. Adapun instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner 140 responden. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna MRT Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa carrying capacity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, atrribut service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, carrying capacity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat merekomendasikan, atribut service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat merekomendasikan, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat merekomendasikan. Kata kunci: Carrying Capacity, Atribut Service, Kepuasan, Minat Merekomendasikan This study aimed to analyze the influence of carrying capacity and service attributes toward satisfaction and willingness to recommendation MRT jakarta non passengers. The research design was descriptive qualitative and and the data collection methods used was questionnaire method. The instrument in this study used 140 respondents. The method of data analysis used was the data analysis method with the structural equation model (sem) approach based on the partial least square (smart-pls) version 3.0. The population in this study were MRT jakarta users. The results of this study indicated that the carrying capacity variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, service attribute has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, carrying capacity has a positive and significant effect on willingness to recommendation, service attribute has a positive and significant effect on willingness to recommendation, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on willingness to recommendation.
