Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Konimex Jakarta. The population in this study as many as 125 people who will all be made the subject or sample in this study using the Saturated Sampling technique where this technique becomes the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. The sampling technique uses the Random Sampling technique. Simple random sampling Simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element that forms a population is given the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. This study proves that there is a significant influence for each variable, namely Motivation, Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Keyword : Motivation, Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan dari PT Konimex Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 orang yang semuanya akan di jadikan subjek atau sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh dimana teknik ini menjadi teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Pengambilan (Simple Random Sampling) sampel acak sederhana adalah suatu cara pengambilan sampel dimana tiap unsur yang membentuk populasi diberi kesempatan yang sama untuk terpilih menjadi sampel. Penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan untuk masing- masing variable yaitu Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
