Abstract

As part of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Sleman Regency has many attractions related to its attractive natural panorama. The interest of tourists who come to tourist attractions in Sleman Regency, then the addition of the number of tours that will be very beneficial for Sleman Regency with the existence of a cultural park in Sleman Regency will increase income for the city and many tourists who will come to Sleman Regency. Sleman has many historically valuable buildings. Thus Sleman is quite synonymous with historical tourism. Pandowoharjo Village is surrounded by residential houses and markets, but the existence of potential is not supported by the cultural potential found in Sleman Regency. On the other hand, the problem that arises is that there is no special place to know and learn related to culture and if there are cultural arts performances and performances, the community still uses public facilities such as roads, fields and regional multipurpose buildings. By utilizing the existing natural potential, the construction of this Cultural Park refers to the theme of Green Building / Green building with the Neo Vernacular Architecture concept. Keywords: Sleman, Cultural Park, Green Building, Neo Vernacular Architecture Sebagai bagian dari Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Kabupaten Sleman memiliki banyak daya tarik tersendiri terkait panorama alam yang dimilikinya. Ketertarikan para wisatawan yang datang ke tempat wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Sleman ini, maka penambahan jumlah wisata akan sangat bangus bagi kabupaten Sleman ini dengan adanya taman budaya di kabupaten sleman akan menabah Penghasilan bagi kota tersebut dan banyak wisatawan yang akan datang ke kabupaten sleman. Sleman memiliki banyak bangunan yang bernilai histotikal. Dengan demikian Sleman cukup identik dengan wisata sejarah. Desa Pandowoharjo banyak dikelilingi rumah tinggal dan pasar, akan tetapi keberadaannya tidak ditunjang dengan potensi-potensi budaya yang terdapat di Kabupaten Sleman. Disisi lain permasalahan yang muncul ialah belum adanya tempat yang khusus untuk mengenal dan belajar yang berkaitan dengan budaya dan apabila terdapat pagelaran serta pertunjukan seni budaya masyarakat masih dan Gedung potensi alam yang ada pembangunan Taman Budaya ini merujuk pada tema Green Building / Bangunan hijau yang berkonsep Arsitektur Neo Vernakular.
