Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Knowledge, Green Packaging, and Perceived Value on Purchase Intention at the Saruga Pack Free Shopping Store. The sample used in this study was 140 respondents. The sampling method is done by convenience sampling method. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Product Knowledge has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, Green Packaging has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, and Perceived Value has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention. Keywords: Product Knowledge, Green Packaging, Perceived Value, Purchase Intention, Saruga Free Pack Shopping Store. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product Knowledge, Green Packaging, dan Perceived Value terhadap Purchase Intention pada Saruga Pack Free Shopping Store. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Product Knowledge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, Green Packaging berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention,serta Perceived Value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. Kata kunci: Product Knowledge, Green Packaging, Perceived Value, Purchase Intention, Saruga Free Pack Shopping Store
