Abstract
viii ABSTRACTION This research raised the problem about the absence of an application to analyze sales at PT. Trikarya Hatoki Sukses Mandiri. The purpose of this study is to implement Dashboard System for sales reporting and facilitate decision makers to obtain sales information. Research methodology begins with library method, direct observation method, interview method, requirement analysis, data warehouse architecture, data warehouse design, dashboard information design and closed with conclusion and suggestion. The result of this research is data warehouse to sales data complete with web based reporting application from OLAP process and Dashboad System application for sales analysis in which presentation of report more dynamic and can be done wherever and whenever. Keywords: data warehouse, dashboard system, OLAP, sales ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan mengenai belum adanya suatu aplikasi untuk menganalisa penjualan pada PT. Trikarya Hatoki Sukses Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasikan Dashboard System untuk pelaporan penjualan dan memudahkan para pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan informasi penjualan. Metodologi penelitian diawali dengan metode kepustakaan, metode pengamatan langsung, metode wawancara, analisis kebutuhan, arsitektur data warehouse, perancangan data warehouse, perancangan dashboard informasi dan ditutup dengan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah data warehouse terhadap data penjualan lengkap dengan aplikasi pelaporan berbasis web dari proses OLAP dan aplikasi Dashboard System untuk analisa penjualan pada yang penyajian laporannya lebih dinamis dan bisa dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun.
