Abstract
ABSTRAKSI Oleh karena aktivitas opersional IT pada PT.BlueBirdGroup.Tbk yang selalu berputar dan selalu berhubungan dengan berjalannya bisnis maka perlu diperhatikan pula tingkat keamanan dan tata kelola ITnya. Keamanan IT adalah hal yang paling krusial atau penting. Tingkat keamanan data yang ada dalam system adalah harga yang paling penting.Pada PT.BlueBirdGroup.Tbk data masih bisa berubah dan diubah oleh level user hal ini sangat tidak dianjurkan dalam lingkup perusahaan karena kan menimbulkan ketidak percayaan dari pengguna jasa tentunya dan juga masalah IT yang masih banyak problem namum penanganan masih dalam lingkup yang sangat standar dimana penanganan hanya berpaku pada tingkat pelaporan saja namun belum pada tingkat kebutuhan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadap tata kelola proses untuk memastikan keamanan system, delivery support (DS) menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. Data diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan daya secara study dokumen dan wawancara kuisioner. Berdasarkan perhitungan Manurity level, Pt. BlueBirdGroup.Tbk berada pada level 2 yakni Repeatable But Intuitive. Sehingga dapat memberikan hasil perhitungan untuk menemukan bahwa pada level tertentu saja yang bisa untuk perubahan data dan untuk tingkat pelaporan permasalahan IT bisa menggunakan E-ticketing sesuai tingkat kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: FrameWork COBIT 4.1, Maturity Level, Memastikan keamanan sitem ABSTRACT Because of the operational activities of IT on PT.BlueBirdGroup.Tbk which is always spinning and always associated with the running of the business it should be noted also the level of security and IT governance. IT security is the most crucial or important thing. The level of data security that exist in the system is the most important price. In PT.BlueBirdGroup.Tbk data can still be changed and changed by the user level it is not recommended in the scope of the company because it raises the distrust of service users of course and also IT problems There are still many problems but the handling is still within the scope of a very standard where handling is only rigid at the level of reporting alone but not at the level of need. This research analyzes the governance process to ensure system security, delivery support (DS) using COBIT 4.1 framework. Data were obtained by collecting power in document studies and questionnaire interviews. Based on the calculation of Manurity level, Pt. BlueBirdGroup.Tbk is at level 2 ie Repeatable But Intuitive. So as to give the calculation results to find that at a certain level that can be for data changes and for the level of reporting problems IT can use E-ticketing according to the level of need.
