Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between Learning Agility with Collaboration amongst PT. Pratama Abadi Industri workers. This research is quantitatively taken by using a Non-Probability Sampling method, specifically the purposive sampling, with a total sample of 183 workers. Learning Agility is measured by the Learning Agility scale (Meuse, 2012) with 31 items. On the other hand, Collaboration, is measured though the Collaboration Competition scale (Taylor, 2008) and consists of 35 items. This research used Pearson Correlation Test with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24 as the data analysis technique. The results indicate the relationship between Learning Agility and Collaboration has a correlation value of 0.491 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it suggests the existing correlation between Learning Agility with Collaboration amongst PT Pratama Abadi Industri workers. Keywords: Learning Agility, Collaboration Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Learning Agility dengan Kolaborasi pada Karyawan PT. Pratama Abadi Indistri di Tangerang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan total 183 karyawan di PT Pratama Abadi Industri dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dengan Non-Probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Learning Agility diukur dengan menggunakan skala Learning Agility (De Meuse, 2012) yang terdiri dari 31 Item dan Kolaborasi diukur menggunakan skala kompetsi kolaborasi (Taylor, 2008) yang terdiri dari 35 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 24. Dari hasil data menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara Learning Agility dengan Kolaborasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.491 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, yang menunjukan ada hubungan antara Learning Agility dengan Kolaborasi pada karyawan di PT Pratama Abadi Industri.
