Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on the performance of traders on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research approach uses quantitative methods with regression techniques. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research subjects were traders of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which numbered 96 respondents. Data processing using the SPSS 24.0 program. Analysis of data to test hypotheses using the test of correlation and multiple regression, in addition to that also carried out additional analysis in the form of t-test and one-way ANOVA test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of traders with R2 value of 0.280. Thus, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are more maintained and fostered in improving the performance of traders on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Emotional intelligence (EQ), spiritual intelligence (SQ), performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) terhadap kinerja trader di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah trader Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 96 responden. Pengolah data menggunakan program SPSS 24.0. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi berganda, selain itu dilakukan juga analisa tambahan berupa uji t dan uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja trader dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,280. Dengan demikian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual lebih dipertahankan dan tumbuhkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja trader di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
