Abstract
This study aims to determine the participation of social participation and social identity to the resilience of workers association employees at PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk. The sample involved in this study was 400 people, with the characteristics of the subjects representing workers who had participated in the demonstration then given a sentence consisting of counseling by company management. Resilience was measured using an adapted and modified RQ-Test from Reivich and Shatte (2002) consisting of 28 statements, social participation was measured through 19 statements of Participatory Behavior Scale adapted and modified from Talo and Mannarini (2015), and social identity measured by using the Social Identity Scale measurement tool adapted from Suwartono and Moningka (2017). The results of this study indicate that social social identity significantly influence resilience with a coefficient determination R Square of 11.2%. Keywords: Social Identity, Social Participation and Resilience Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi sosial dan identitas sosial terhadap resiliensi karyawan serikat pekerja di PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk. sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 400 orang, dengan karakteristik subjek merupakan anggota serikat pekerja yang telah mengikuti aksi demonstrasi kemudian diberikan sanksi berupa konseling oleh manajemen perusahaan. Resiliensi diukur dengan menggunakan RQ-Test yang diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari Reivich dan Shatte (2002) yang terdiri dari 28 pernyataan, partisipasi sosial diukur melalui 19 pernyataan Participatory Behavior Scale yang diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari Talo dan Mannarini (2015), dan identitas sosial diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Skala Identitas Sosial yang diadaptasi dari Suwartono dan Moningka (2017). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa identitas sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap resiliensi dengan koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 11,2%.
