Abstract
In the machine layout industry is one of the things that is very important for the optimization of the production process so good machine layout planning is needed. A good machine layout will provide a fast and efficient production effect so that it gives an effect comfort in work, one of them in the process of Optimizing the Wleded Beam Plant with plant Simulation Software is part of the test simulation process and can be known the right decision / way to design repeat the production layout in order to get maximum results.This research was conducted with the Plant Welded Beam Pablik which is testing the production process on the H Beam, T-Cross and King Kross. In testing using soft ware Tec Tecnomatic Plant Simulation Siemens software with 2D and 3D layout concepts, research focuses on the production process by optimizing each welded beam line which includes Welding, Finishing.In the H Beam production process Analysis Before optimization has actualization actual actual production time ie 1 WB product has 24 minutes / H-Beam, Optimization is done by adding 1 workerpool WB in WB unit 1 by cutting WB time, similar thing also occurred in the T�Cross and King-Cross production processes.Optimized Layout Design Simulation Models must be maintained and maintained even should be optimized in stages from the running to down of 40 units per stop running and down. Keywords: Welded Beam, Plant Simulation, Simulasi Program, mesin produksi. Dalam industri tata letak mesin adalah salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk optimalisasi proses produksi sehingga diperlukan perencanaan tata letak mesin baik. Tata letak mesin yang baik akan memberikan efek produksi yang cepat dan efisien sehingga memberikan efek kenyamanan dalam bekerja, salah satunya dalam proses Optimalisasi Pabrik Wleded Beam dengan plant Simulation Software sebagian proses simulasi uji dan dapat diketahui keputusan/cara yang tepat untuk mendesign ulang layout produksi agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pada Pabrik Plant Welded Beam yaitu pengujian proses produksi pada H-Beam, T-Cross dan King Kross. Pada pengujian dengan menggunakan software Tecnomatic Plant Simulation Siemens dengan konsep layout 2D dan 3D, penelitian menitik beratkan pada proses produksi dengan mengoptimalkan setiap line welded beam yang meliputi Welding, Finishing. Pada proses produksi H Beam Analisis Sebelum di optimalisasi memiliki aktualisasi waktu production yang actual yaitu 1 produk WB memiliki waktu 24 menit/H-Beam, Optimalisasi dilakukan dengan menambahkan 1 workerpool WB di unit WB 1 dengan memangkas waktu WB, hal serupa juga terjadi pada proses produksi T-Cross dan King-Cross. Model Simulasi Desain Tata Letak yang sudah di optimalkan harus terus di pelihara dan dipertahankan bahkan harus di optimalisasikan secara bertahap dari running to down nya 40 unit per stop running and down nya. Kata Kunci: Welded Beam, Plant Simulation, Simulasi Program, Mesin produksi.
