Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out is there a relationship between social support and career planning in class XII YP BDN JAKARTA. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 135 people, where the subject was still in the XII class, who was waiting to face the National Examination and plan his career in the future. Methods of analysis: Analysis of the description of subjects where analyzing the subject's age and sex, namely 17-18 years, score analysis of social support and career planning maturity. Research result. Correlation analysis: obtained the correlation coefficient value of 0.126 and the Sig. amounting to 0,000. In other words it can be indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between maturity Career selection and emotional form of social support variables, Conclusion H0 from this study is rejected or it can be concluded that there is a relationship between social support and career selection maturity in YN BDN High School students JAKARTA. Keywords: Relationship of social support, students or adolescents, career planning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan perencancanaan karir pada siswa kelas XII YP BDN JAKARTA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 orang, dimana subyek masih duduk dibangku sekolah kelas XII, yang sedang menunggu menghadapi UAN dan merencanakan karirnya dimasa depan. Metode analisis: Analisis gambaran subyek dimana menganalisis umur dan kelamin subyek yaitu 17-18 tahun, analisis skor dukungan sosial dan kematangan perencanaan karir. Hasil penelitian. Analisis korelasi: didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,126 dan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000. Dengan kata lain dapat diindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kematangan Pemilihan karir dan bentuk emosional dari variabel dukungan sosial, Kesimpulan H0 dari penelitian ini ditolak atau dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kematangan pemilihan karir pada siswa SMA YP BDN JAKARTA. Kata Kunci: Hubungan dukungan sosial, siswa atau remaja, perencanaan karir.
