Abstract
Sulfate sensors are widely applied in agriculture, food, industry and health. In this study the sulfate sensor was developed with a screen-printed electrode using poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) as a membrane on the electrode surface prepared by the polymer photo technique. Poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) membrane is polymerized above the pyrrol layer by the cyclic voltammetry method. Where in this study the optimum use of cyclic values is found in 7 cyclic with the number of Nernst (slope) produced which is equal to 58.665 mv / decade. The results of lipophilic salt optimization based on variations in the composition of tetradodecyl ammonium chloride (TDDACl) in the manufacture of poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) membrane layers showed optimum results on TDDACl composition of 1 mg with slope values - 26,988 mv / decade and linear regions 10-1 - 10-4 and the results of ionophor optimization based on variations in the composition of the ionophore sulfate showed optimum results with a ratio of 1: 2 with a slope value of -27,257 mv / decade and a linear region of 10-1 - 10-4. The selectivity test results showed the selectivity for each ion was Acetate (CH3OO) -) -1.02, Dihydrogen phosphate (H2PO4-) -2.72, Dihydrogen phosphate (H2PO4-) -0.75, Hydrogen phosphate (HPO42-) -2.72, Chlorine (Cl-) -0.82, Nitrate (KNO3) -0.63 and Iodate (IO3-) -0.54, real sample measurement results show that there is no significant difference so that it can be said that the Sensor (ESI SO4-2) can work well and is ready to use. Sensor sulfat banyak diaplikasikan dalam bidang pertanian, makanan, industri maupun kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini sensor sulfat dikembangkan dengan elektroda screen�printed menggunakan poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) sebagai membran pada permukaan elektroda yang dipreparasi dengan teknik foto polimer. Membran poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) dipolimerisasikan diatas lapisan pyrrol dengan metode voltametri siklik. Dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nilai siklik optimum terdapat pada 7 siklik dengan bilangan Nernst (slope) yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 58,665 mv/dekade. Hasil optimasi garam lipofilik berdasarkan variasi komposisi tetradodecyl ammonium clorid (TDDACl) dalam pembuatan lapisan membran poly tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (pTHFA) menunjukkan hasil optimum pada komposisi TDDACl sebanyak 1 mg dengan nilai slope –26,988 mv/dekade dan daerah linier 10-1 - 10-4 dan hasil optimasi ionofor berdasarkan variasi komposisi sulfate ionophore menunjukan hasil optimum dengan perbandingan 1:2 dengan nilai slope - 27.257 mv/dekade dan daerah linier 10-1 - 10-4 .Hasil uji selektivitas menunjukkan selektivitas untuk masing-masing ion adalah Acetat (CH3OO- ) -1,02, Dihidrogen fosfat (H2PO4 - ) -2,72, Dihidrogen fosfat (H2PO4 - ) -0,75, Hidrogen fosfat (HPO4 2- ) -2,72, Klor (Cl- ) -0,82, Nitrat (KNO3) -0,63 dan Iodat (IO3 - ) -0,54, Hasil pengukuran real sample memperlihatkan menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan sehingga dapat dikatakan Sensor (ESI SO4 -2 ) dapat bekerja secara baik dan siap digunakan.
