Abstract
This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of liquidity risk to the firm value using the profitability as intervening variable of banks in Indonesia. The sample used was a conventional commercial bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018. The number of samples in this study was 42 companies that have been selected in accordance with the purpose sampling method. This study uses path analysis with α = 5 % is used to test the research variables that third party funds (DPK), cash reserves (CASH), gap liquidity (GAPLIQ), and non performing loan (NPL) on Firm Value (PER) with profitability (ROA) of bank. The results from this research that there is a significant positive influence of third party funds (DPK) and profitability (ROA), the cash supply (CASH) has a positive effect but not significant, non performing loan (NPL) have negative but not significant effect, and liquidity gap (GAPLIQ) have significant negative effect on firm value (PER) of banks. Keywords: third party funds, cash reserves, liquidity gap, non performing loans, price earning ratio, DPK, CASH, LIQ, NPL, profitability, ROA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh risiko likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan menggunakan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening untuk bank di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 perusahaan yang telah dipilih sesuai dengan metode purpose sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan α = 5% digunakan untuk menguji variabel penelitian yaitu dana pihak ketiga (DPK), cadangan kas (CASH), gap likuiditas (GAPLIQ), dan kredit bermasalah (NPL) pada Nilai Perusahaan (PER) dengan variabel intervening profitabilitas (ROA) bank. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) dan profitabilitas (ROA), penawaran tunai (CASH) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan efek, dan kesenjangan likuiditas (GAPLIQ) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PER) bank.
