Abstract
Start-up companies make many contributions in absorbing the workforce, where 88.25% have a number of employees above 50 people, to maintain corporate sustainability we need to identify several factors. The most important factor is human resources in leadership, especially green transformational leadership . Through the correlative quantitative research method, this study calculates and describes the effect of Green Transformational Leadership, Innovation and Green Motivation on Corporate Sustainability. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire method by taking 64 respondents in PT . Tri Digital Perkasa. Data were collected through the literacy studi and questionnaires, with the test instrument construct validity and reliability of Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha, the data was analyzed by 1) the descriptive equations; 2) structural test models; 3) evaluation of the value of regression ( R 2 ); 4) validation of the overall structural model using the Goodness of Fit Index (GoF); 5) Testing the Predictive Relevance (Q 2 ) LISREL ( Linear Structural Relations ) program version 8.70 . The instruments used were declared valid variables (AVE value> 0.5) and reliable ( Cronbach Alpha > 0.90). The results of this study indicate that Green Transformational has a positive and significant effect on corporate sustainability, Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Green Motivation, Green Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability, Innovation has a negative and not significant effect on Corporate Sustainability, Innovation has a positive and significant towards Green Motivation, Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability through Green Motivation, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability through Green Motivation. Keywords : Corporate Sustainability, Green Transformational Leadership, Green Motivation, Innovation Perusahaan start up memberikan banyak kontribusi dalam menyerap tenaga kerja, dimana 88,25% memiliki jumlah karyawan diatas 50 orang, untuk menjaga corporate sustainability kita perlu mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor. Faktor terpenting adalah sumber daya manusia dalam kepemimpinan, khususnya green transformational leadership. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif korelatif penelitian ini menghitung dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership, Innovation dan Green Motivation terhadap Corporate Sustainability. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 64 pegawai pada PT. Tri Digital Perkasa. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literasi dan kuisioner, dengan uji instrumen validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas Cronbach’s Coefficient Alpha, data kemudian dianalisis dengan 1) persamaan deskriptif; 2) uji model struktural; 3) evaluasi nilai regresi (R2 ); 4) validasi model structural secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan Goodness of Fit Index (GoF); 5) Pengujian Predictive Relevance (Q2 ) program LISREL (Linear Structural Relation) versi 8.70. Instrumen yang digunaka variabel dinyatakan valid (Nilai AVE > 0.5) dan reliabel (Cronbach Alpha>0.90). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Green Transformational berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate sustainability, Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Motivation, Green Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability, Innovation berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability, Innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Motivation, Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability melalui Green Motivation, dan Innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability melalui Green Motivation.
