Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah dikarenakan ketiga variabel di atas tidak maksimal berpengaruh terhadap perilaku OCBE pegawai. Hasil yang diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah dengan menambahkan variabel dan jumlah sampel agar ruang lingkupnya lebih luas dan hasilnya lebih komprehensif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah minimal sampel sebanyak 85 sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan mengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan secara tertulis kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi (Partial Least Square) / PLS untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Gaya kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku OCBE pegawai di Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku OCBE pegawai baik secara langsung maupun secara simultan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Budaya Kerja, dan OCBE This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE). The phenomenon of this study is because the three variables above do not have an optimal effect on OCBE employee behavior. The expected outcome for future research is to add variables and sample sizes so the scope is wider and the results are more comprehensive. This type of research uses quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The minimum number of samples is 85 samples using the Slovin formula and collecting primary data is done by giving respondents a written list of questions. This study uses a regression analysis (Partial Least Square) / PLS to test the hypotheses proposed in this study, namely leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation that have a positive and significant effect on employee OCBE behavior at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Culture have a positive and significant effect on employee OCBE behavior both directly and simultaneously.
