Abstract

The increasing use of energy, in line with the development of economy and industry, it is very necessary to do efficiency in electricity from the usage side. The factor of this research is the occurrence of a total increase in energy consumption usage in 1818 that is equal to 5,021,239.8 kwh / year, in the existing lighting system in the hospital there are still those that are not in accordance with the SNI which is 350 Lux while the average analysis results are 219.87 Lux, the lowest temperature and temperature at 18.80C and the highest temperature at 32.80C. It was concluded that the distribution of temperature distribution was not in accordance with the SNI standard (240C - 270C) of the total room measured. For the value of the spread of moisture in the Petukangan Hospital room. Where the lowest measured humidity is 32% and the highest humidity is 55%. It was concluded that the distribution of moisture distribution was not in accordance with the SNI standard, namely (55% - 65%). The steps taken are to conduct an initial audit by calculating the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE). The IKE value of the Hospital in 2018 is at 460.3 kWh / m2 / year or 38.3 kWh / m2 / month or IKE per month. Where IKE is categorized as inefficient. The IKE is not in accordance with the SNI standard, so it needs to be carried out with energy efficiency by replacing the LED type lamp and the AC replacing the refrigerant, the R-22, into musicool M-22 or by replacing the AC type into an AC inverter. The program used in the development of energy efficiency is the Visual Studio program. Keywords: Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE), Energy Efficiency, Visual Studio. Semakin meningkatnya penggunaan energi, sejalan dengan berkembangnya perekonimian dan industri, maka sangat perlu dilakukan efisiensi energi listrik dari sisi pemakaian. Faktor yang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kenaikan total pemakaian konsumsi energi pada tahun2018 yaitu sebesar 5.021.239,8 kwh/tahun, Pada sistem pencahayaan yang ada di rumah sakit masih ada yang tidak sesuai dengan SNI yaitu sebesar 350 Lux sedangkan rata-rata hasil analisis sebesar 219,87 Lux, suhu dan temperatur terendah di 18,80C dan temperatur tertinggi di 32,80C. Disimpulkan bahwa sebaran distribusi temperatur tidak sesuai dengan standar SNI ( 24°C - 27°C) dari total ruangan yang dilakukan pengukuran. Untuk nilai sebaran kelembaban di ruangan Rumah Sakit Petukangan. Dimana kelembaban terendah yang diukur sebesar 32% dan kelembaban tertinggi sebesar 55%. Disimpulkan bahwa sebaran distribusi kelembaban Tidak sesuai dengan standart SNI yaitu (55 %- 65 %). Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan audit awal dengan menghitung Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE). Nilai IKE Rumah Sakit Petukangan tahun 2018 adalah 460,3 kWh/m2 /thn tau 38,3 kWh/m2 /bln IKE perbulan. Dimana IKE tersebut dikategorikan tidak efesien. IKE tersebut tidak sesuai standar SNI, Maka perlu dilakukan efesiensi energy dengan mengganti lampu jenis LED dan pada AC mengganti refrigerant yaitu R-22 menjadi musicool M-22 atau dengan mengganti jenis AC menjadi AC Inverter. Program yang digunakan dalam pengembangan efesiensi energi ini adalah program Visual Studio. Kata Kunci : Intensitas Konsumsi Energi ( IKE), Efisiensi Energi, Visual Studio.
