Abstract

In tire testing, good and best results are needed considering that tires are one of the supporting factors for safety in terms of driving, therefore the results of tire testing really determine the quality of a tire before it will be mass produced and marketed. One of the determining parameters for tire quality is the temperature in the tire testing which must be maintained so that the test gets the best results. The temperature in the test shall remain stable according to the test specifications. In this case it is necessary to control the testing temperature to keep it stable. In this research, a system that can control the temperature of tire testing is made using fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method based on a microcontroller, namely the Arduino Uno and the RTD PT100 temperature sensor as a room temperature reader. The results of the fuzzy logic process will move the relay to maintain temperature stability. From the data that has been collected, the fuzzy logic has managed to regulate the temperature stability as follows: an indoor temperature of 25 ºC with cold conditions results in cool mode, and a room temperature of 35 ºC in a hot condition test results in fan mode. Keywords: Fuzzy Logic, Mamdani Method, Arduino Uno, RTD PT100 Pada pengujian ban dibutuhkan hasil yang bagus dan terbaik mengingat bawha ban merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang keselamatan dalam hal berkendara maka dari itu hasil pengujian ban sangatlah menentukan kualitas dari sebuah ban sebelum nantinya diproduksi dan dipasarkan secara masal. Salah satu parameter penentu kualitas ban yaitu suhu dalam pengujian ban yang harus dijaga agar pengujian mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Suhu dalam pengujian harus tetap stabil sesuai dengan spesifikasi pengujian. Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan pengendalian terhadap suhu pegujian agar tetap stabil. Pada penelitain ini dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengendalikan suhu pengujian ban menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan metode Mamdani yang berbasis mikrokontroler yaitu Arduino Uno dan sensor suhu RTD PT100 sebagai pembaca suhu ruangan. Hasil dari proses logika fuzzy akan menggerakan relay untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu. Dari data yang telah dikumpukan logika fuzzy berhasil mengatur kestabilan suhu sebagai berikut: suhu rungan 25 ºC dengan kondisi pengujian kondisi dingin menghasilkan mode cool, dan suhu ruangan 35 ºC pengujian kondisi panas menghasilkan mode fan.
