Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship of religiosity to adversity quotient on successful employee group. This research includes the type of quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were employees of Successful Group companies, with a population of 147 people and a sample of 60 people with sample calculations obtained using Slovin formula. Determination of the sample was done by random sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted by questionnaire. This questionnaire is used to look at the influence of religiosity on adversity quotient. Data were analyzed quantitatively by using SPSS 21.0 analysis. Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis entitled the influence of religiosity on adversity quotient on employees Successful Group accepted with significance level, p = 0,000 where p <0.05. This shows that the results of both variables have a significant influence. Religiosity contributes 37.2% to adversity quotient. Keywords: Religiosity, Adversity quotient Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan religiusitas terhadap adversity quotient pada karyawan di perusahaan berhasil group. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan Berhasil Group, dengan jumlah populasi 147 orang dan sampel 60 orang dengan penghitungan sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penentuan sampel tersebut dilakukan dengan random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Angket ini digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap adversity quotient. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hipotesis yang berjudul pengaruh religiusitas terhadap adversity quotient pada karyawan di perusahaan Berhasil Group diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi, p = 0,000 dimana p < 0.05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Religiusitas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 37.2% terhadap adversity quotient.
