Abstract
ABSTRAK Di Desa Lulut yang masih banyak terdapat perkebunanan dan pertanian menghasilkan sampah organik yang banyak. Masyarakat memanfaatkan sampah organik tersebut unutk pembuatan pupuk. Disana terdapat mesin pencacah portable untuk proses pencacahan tetapi kapasitas mesin yang ada masih kurang dan hanya 600 kg /jam. Selain itu hasil dari cacahan berukuran beragam. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan mesin pencacah baru dengan kapasitas 2 ton/jam dan merancang mesin pemisah hasil cacahan dari pencacah tersebut. Mesin pemisah hasil cacahan membagi hasil cacahan menjadi 2 ukuran <5mm untuk digunakan sebagai bahas bakar, <2cm digunakan untuk diproses sebagai pupuk. Perancangan mesin yang dilakukan dapat dibuat sebagai acuan pembuatan mesin memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Kata Kunci :Sampah Organik, Pencacah, Shorter, ABSTRACT At Lulut Village there are still a lot of garden and agriculture place which is produce alot of organic rubbish. Society in there use that organic for makin the vetilizer for their own agriculture. Now there is a portable shredder but existing machine only have capacity 600 kg/hr. And also output product have gradually size which influence to the quality of vertilizer. From that problem we need new shredde which has more capacity and can short the output size in a same classification size. Here i do paln and analize design and component to make shredder 2000kg/hr and shorter. This shorter can short <5mm size which use for burner and <2cm which use for makin vertilizer. This plaaning result can be used for reference for fabricate new machine. Key Note : Organik Rubbish, Shredder and Shorter
