Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV.Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 98 perusahaan terpilih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan peneliti menggunakan desain hubungan kausal. Karena itu,analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variable Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Struktur Modal, dan Nilai Perusahaan The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Profitability, Managerial Ownership, and Capital Structure on Company Value which is proxied by PBV. The object of this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. This research was conducted using a sample of 98 selected companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method with criteria determined by researchers using a causal relationship design. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study note that Capital Profitability variables have a effect on firm value. While the variable Managerial Ownership and Capital Structure does not have a effect on firm value.
