Abstract
Employees at PT. Jaya Ancol Pembangungan are not all permanent, but many are temporary or commonly referred to as outsourced employees. However, there is no access card for the entrance gate of the Ancol area which is reserved for partner employees, it is known that the Jaya Ancol gate system has a computerized system and is required to use an access card for employees working in it. Therefore, associate employees only show the employee's identity card to the gate officer and the officer opens it manually. This can result in losses due to lack of supervision and fraud can occur. So the problem is how to design a program to print gate access cards that are specifically aimed at outsourcing employees? The solution is to build an access card print application in the form of a QRCode that is integrated with the gate so as to provide access for outsourced employees to exit and enter the region with the supervision of the PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol itself. This built-in application program uses the VB.Net and SQL Server programming languages as the database system. This application program can be used to add, edit, delete and search employee data. Keywords: card printing, access card, outsourcing employee, QRCode Karyawan di PT. Pembangungan Jaya Ancol tidak semua bersifat tetap, namun banyak pula yang bersifat sementara atau yang biasa disebut karyawan rekanan. Namun belum ada kartu akses keluar dan masuk wilayah Ancol yang dikhususkan untuk karyawan rekanan, yang diketahui bahwa sistem gerbang wilayah Jaya Ancol telah bersistem komputerisasi dan diharuskan menggunakan kartu akses bagi karyawan yang bekerja di dalamnya. Oleh kerena itu, karyawan rekanan hanya dengan menunjukan kartu identitas karyawan kepada petugas gerbang dan petugas membuka dengan cara manual. Hal ini dapat menghasilkan kerugian karena tidak adanya pengawasan dan dapat terjadi kecurangan. Sehingga didapat permasalahan bagaimana merancang program untuk mencetak kartu akses keluar dan masuk yang ditujukan khusus karyawan rekanan? Solusinya dengan membangun aplikasi cetak kartu akses berupa QRCode yang terintegrasi dengan gerbang sehingga memberikan akses bagi karyawan rekanan untuk keluar dan masuk wilayah dengan adanya pengawasan dari pihak PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol itu sendiri. Program aplikasi yang di bangun ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net dan SQL Server sebagai sistem basis datanya. Program aplikasi ini dapat digunakan menambah, mengedit, menghapus dan mencari data karyawan. Kata Kunci : cetak kartu, kartu akses, karyawan rekanan,QRCode
