Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh proporsi dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan jumlah komite audit terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010 - 2016. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 6 tahun, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 84 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan tahunan dan laporan audit perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proporsi dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan jumlah komite audit berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. The samples used in this study were automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010 - 2016. The number of companies sampled was 12 companies with observations for 6 years, so the total sample was 84 companies. This study uses secondary data taken from annual reports and company audit reports. The results of the study show that the proportion of independent commissioners has no effect on company value, institutional ownership does not affect the firm value and the number of audit committees influences the value of the company.
