Abstract

The transformer is the most important asset in the electricity transmission and distribution system. Apart from routine correct maintenance, testing is also very necessary to detect any disturbances or damage to the transformer. Performing various types of measurements that describe the actual condition of the equipment being measured is one way to prevent transformer damage. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of routine 2-year testing on transformer # 3 150 kV / 20kV 60MVA at Lengkong Substation, Conduct an assessment of transformer # 3 150 kV / 20kV 60MVA at Lengkong Substation, Knowing the causes of abnormal test results Shutdown testing / offline testing transformer # 3 150 kV / 20kV 60MVA at Lengkong Substation. From the results of the calculation of the insulation resistance test data, it is known that the polarity index value is above 1.25 which indicates that the conditions of the winding isolation and transformer grounding are good. From the DGA (Dissolved Gass Analysis) test results overall get good results. From the test results and manual calculations of the tangent delta test, the same results are obtained. From the results above, the tangent delta value for all descriptions is good with a value below 0.31%, but the delta tangent value for CLG is more than 1.00%. Keyword: Transformstor, Tan Delta, Isolation Resistance, Dissolved Gass Analysis Transformator merupakan aset paling penting dalam sistem transmisi dan distribusi listrik. Disamping perawatan yang benar secara rutin, pengujian juga sangat diperlukan guna mendeteksi adanya gangguan maupun kerusakan pada transformator. Dilakukannya berbagai jenis pengukuran yang menggambarkan kondisi sebenarnya dari peralatan yang diukur merupakan salah satu cara mencegah kerusakan transformator. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pengujian rutin 2 tahunan pada transformator #3 150 kV/20kV 60MVA di Gardu Induk Lengkong, Melakukan assessment pada transformator #3 150 kV/20kV 60MVA di Gardu Induk Lengkong, Mengetahui penyebab ketidaknormalan hasil pengujian Shutdown testing/offline testing transformator #3 150 kV/20kV 60MVA di Gardu Induk Lengkong. Dari hasil perhitungan data pengujian tahanan isolasi diketahui bahwa nilai indeks polaritas di atas 1,25 yang menandakan bahwa kondisi isolasi belitan dan pentanahan transformator adalah baik. Dari hasil pengujian DGA (Dissolved Gass Analysis) keseluruhan mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Dari hasil pengujian dan perhitungan manual pengujian tangen delta diperoleh hasil yang sama. Dari hasil di atas diperoleh nilai tangen delta untuk semua uraian adalah baik dengan nilai dibawah 0,31%, namun nilai tangen delta untuk CLG lebih dari 1,00 %.
