Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahan Transportasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2015-2018. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 40 perusahaan Transportasi yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 10 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti, sehingga didapat 40 sampel. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan dua variable lainnya yang ikut dalam penelitian ini, yaitu likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The type of data used is a secondary data, with the method of collecting documentation data from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is a transportation company who has been listened on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2018. Sample is taken using a purposive sampling method in companies that publish the required data for this research in their annual reports. From 40 trasportation companies that listed on IDX, only 10 companies who have a complete data to be researched, and there are 40 samples obtained. The statistical test used is the classic assumption test, the feasibility of model test. The result shows that the profitability and the leverage has a positive effect to company’s value.
