Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan efektivitas penerapan lingkungan pengendalian dan sistem informasi akuntansi atas siklus penggajian pada divisi merchandiser di PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memberikan saran kepada PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta tentang siklus penggajian yang diterapkan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuanitatif, dengan jumlah responden 25 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri sudah memiliki siklus penggajian yang cukup efektif dan teratur dalam prosedur penggajian yang dilakukan. Namun ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan perihal absensi untuk merchandiser display (MD) dan pemberian insentif atau rewards bagi para merchandiser display (MD). Komponen dalam lingkungan pengendalian dan sistem informasi akuntansi sudah cukup baik diterapkan dalam membantu siklus penggajian yang ada pada PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta sehingga dapat menyediakan informasi yang tepat dan cepat terkait proses penggajian yang berjalan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Pengendalian, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Siklus Penggajian. This study aims to explain the effectiveness of the application of the control environment and the accounting information system for the payroll cycle at the merchandiser division at PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta. This research is important to do to give advice to PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta about the payroll cycle implemented by the company. This type of research is a case study. Data obtained by conducting interviews, documentation and questionnaires as a tool. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive, with 25 respondents. The results of this study are that PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri already has a payroll cycle that is quite effective and regular in its payroll procedures. But there are some things that must be considered regarding the absence of merchandiser displays (MD) and the provision of incentives or rewards for merchandiser displays (MD). Components in the control environment and accounting information systems are quite well implemented in helping payroll cycles that exist at PT. Dinus Cipta Mandiri Jakarta so that it can provide precise and fast information related to the ongoing payroll process. Keywords: Control Environment, Accounting Information Systems, Payroll Cycles.
