Abstract

In the field of animal husbandry, especially in chicken farming, a related problem is the penetration of chicken eggs in large numbers and at the same time. The ability of the mother hen to incubate the eggs is limited, namely a maximum of 10 eggs per hen. This is a serious problem due to the huge demand for chicken meat and eggs in the market. From this problem, the idea emerged to make an automatic machine that functions to maintain temperature, humidity, egg rotation and a warning when the egg hatches, this information can be received via SMS. The working concept of this prototype with the DHT22 sensor measures temperature and humidity in the incubator with the calculation of Fuzzy Sugeno Logic which will determine what percentage of the dimmer light controls the incandescent lamp to warm the incubator, and also does not forget to apply the water pump procedure and a rack that can move to the left. and right to rotate the egg so that warmth can be comprehensive on each side of the egg, as well as a sura sensor to inform the presence of hatched eggs and then send information via SMS. Based on the results of the analysis and tests that have been carried out in this study, if the temperature is categorized as normal, namely <37 ° C, then the incandescent lamp will illuminate 100% and when the temperature is categorized as warm, which is> 39 ° C, the incandescent lamp will dim, as well as the inspection if <40% then water will flow from the available pump so that the desired humidity, temperature and humidity are displayed on the LCD. When we tested if there were eggs that hatched by simulating the sound of a chicken inside the incubator, Arduino managed to receive information that the eggs had hatched and sent an SMS to the author. From these results, it shows that the prototype "Rancang Bangun Alat Penentas Telur Otomatis Dengan Metode Fuzzy Logic " was successfully created. Keywords : Arduino, Fuzzy logic, Sensor Suara, inkubator, light dimmer Dalam bidang peternakan khususnya dalam peternakan ayam, masalah yang dihadapi adalah penetasan telur ayam dalam jumlah banyak dan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Kemampuan induk ayam dalam mengerami telurnya terbatas, yaitu maksimal 10 butir telur tiap induk ayam. Ini menjadi masalah yang serius karena kebutuhan daging dan telur ayam di pasar yang sangat banyak. Dari masalah tersebut maka munculah ide untuk membuat mesin otomatis yang berfungsi untuk menjaga suhu, kelembaban, perputaran telur dan peringatan saat telur menetas, informasi tersebut dapat di terima melalu SMS. Konsep kerja prototype ini dengan sensor DHT22 mendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban pada inkubator dengan perhitungan Fuzzy Logic Sugeno yang akan menentukan berapa persen light dimmer mengontrol lampu pijar untuk menghangat kan ingkubator, dan tidak lupa pula untuk menjaga kelembaban adanya pompa air dan rak yang bisa bergerak ke arah kiri dan kanan untuk memutar telur agar kehangatan dapat menyeluruh di setiap sisi telur, serta adanya sensor sura untuk menginformasikan adanya telur yang nenetas lalu di kirim informasi melalui SMS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, jika suhu di kategorikan normal yaitu <37ºC maka lampu pijar akan menerangi 100% dan saat suhu di kategorikan hangat yaitu >39ºC maka lampu pijar akan meredup, begitu pula dengan kelembaban jika <40% maka air akan di alir dari pompa yang tersedia agar mendapatkan kelembaban yang diinginkan, suhu dan kelembaban berasil di tampilkan ke LCD. saat penulis menguji jika ada telur yang menetas yaitu dengan cara mensimulasikan adanya suara ayam di dalam ingkubator, arduino berhasil menerima informasi bahwa telur menetas dan mengirimkan SMS ke penulis. Dari hasil ini menunjukan bahwa prototype “Rancang Bangun Alat Penentas Telur Otomatis Dengan Metode Fuzzy Logic” berasil di buat.
