Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh PER, EPS dan ROA terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penlitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 20 sampel. Variable Independen yang digunakan adalah PER, EPS, dan ROA sedangkan variable dependennya yaitu Harga Saham. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa variable PER dan EPS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Variabel ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Namun secara simultan PER, EPS, dan ROA secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kata Kunci : PER, EPS, ROA dan Harga Saham This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of PER, EPS, and ROA on Stock Price in mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2016 periode, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The numbers of samples that match the specified criteria ar 20 samples. Independent variables used are PER, EPS and ROA, while the dependent variable is Stock Price. Based on the result of the research found that variable EPS and PER have positively significant effect on Stock Price, while variable ROA has no significant effect on stock price. But simultaneously PER, EPS, and ROA have effect on Stock Price. Key Word : PER, EPS, ROA and Stock Price
