Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas sosial perusahaan yang sudah diterapkan, mengetahui pelaporan pertanggungjawaban sosial perusahaan, dan mengetahui pelaksanaan akuntansi untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan yang meliputi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui realisasi anggaran dana program CSR PT. Kencana Agri tiga tahun terakhir yaitu pada tahun 2015,2016 dan 2017 yang mengalami kenaikan anggaran pada program pendidikan dimana pada tahun 2015 3 %, kemudian naik lagi di tahun 2017 sebesar 12 %. Selanjutnya untuk program Pelayanan Kesehatan pada tahun 2015 turun sebesar 4 % Kemudian di tahun 2017 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12%. Selanjutnya untuk program pembangunan sarana dan prasarana mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2016. di tahun 2015 naik 23 %, sementara di tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan sebesar 69 %. Selanjutnya untuk Program Sosial budaya dan keagamaan mengalami penurunan di tahun 2016 sekitar 29 %, sementara di tahun 2017 kembali mengalami kenaikan sebesar 6 %. Selanjutnya untuk Program pemberdayaan tenaga kerja mengalami kenaikan di tahun 2016 dan 2017. di tahun 2016 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,5%, di tahun 2017 juga mengalami kenaikan sekitar 10 %. Untuk totalnya keseluruhan bidang pelaksanaan CSR mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2016 hingga 2017 untuk tahun 2016 mengalami penurunan yang signifikan sebesar 46 %, sementara untuk tahun 2017 mengalami penurunan kembali 17 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan, perusahaan telah melakukan tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) sesuai regulasi KEPMEN BUMN NO. KEP- 236/MBU/2003. Selain itu perusahaan belum menerapkan pelaksanaan akuntansi untuk kepentingan CSR sehingga biaya-biaya tersebut CSR dibuat dalam bentuk laporan penggunaan dana CSR. This study aims to determine the activity of companies that have implemented social, corporate social responsibility reporting knowing, and knowing the implementation of the accounting for the company's interests. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is library research, field study documentation and interviews covering. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research can be seen from the realization of the CSR program fund budget of PT. Kencana Agri in the last three years, namely in 2015,2016 and 2017, which experienced an increase in the budget of education programs where in 2015 3%, then rose again in 2017 by 12%. Furthermore, the Health Services program in 2015 fell by 4%. Then in 2017 it increased by 12%. Furthermore, the development of facilities and infrastructure programs experienced an increase in 2016. In 2015 it increased by 23%, while in 2017 it decreased by 69%. Furthermore, the Socio-cultural and religious Program experienced a decline in 2016 of around 29%, while in 2017 it again increased by 6%. Furthermore, for the Workforce Empowerment Program, it increased in 2016 and 2017. in 2016 it increased by 0.5%, in 2017 it also experienced an increase of around 10%. For the total area of CSR implementation, the decline from 2016 to 2017 for 2016 decreased significantly by 46%, while for 2017 it decreased again by 17%. Based on the results of research conducted can be deduced, the company has made social responsibility (CSR) in accordance with regulations KEPMEN BUMN NO. KEP-236/MBU/2003. In addition, the company has not applied for the benefit of CSR accounting implementation so that these costs of CSR are made in the form of reports on the use of CSR funds.
