Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability proxied by Return On Assets, Liquidity proxied by Current Ratio and Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity on the timeliness of financial statement submission to Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 to 2018. Samples in this study the number of samples is 57. Determination of the sample is done using the purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis method used is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the profitability proxied by Return On Assets has an influence on Timeliness. Whereas liquidity which is proxied by Current Ratio and Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on the timeliness of the submission of Mining Company financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2018. Keywords: Timeliness, ROA, CR, DER Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset, Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio dan Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity terhadap Ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018. Sampel pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yaitu 57. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Adapun metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Ketepatan Waktu. Sedangkan Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio dan Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018.
