Abstract

To improve the reliability of the electricity network, PT PLN (Persero) routinely maintains distribution substations. On the other hand, the maintenance work of distribution substations is carried out under conditions of a power grid that goes out so that the distribution of electricity to customers is hampered. Outages due to maintenance of this distribution substation will affect the value of SAIDI at PT PLN (Persero). One solution to reduce the outages is quite high due to the maintenance of distribution substations is to use the Mobile Substation Unit during the maintenance process or commonly called maintenance minimal outages. In this study a sample of 21 substations was taken that had UGB installed for maintenance activities in the Tanjung Priok Area. Furthermore, the data obtained will be analyzed using statistical data analysis techniques. From the results of the research conducted, the value of SAIDI for distribution substation maintenance decreased by 2.51 hours / customer / year after maintenance with UGB installation. Where the value of SAIDI maintenance before UGB installation is 2.66 hours / customer / year and SAIDI maintenance after UGB installation is 0.15 hours / customer / year. With the implementation of UGB installation in the distribution substation maintenance activities at PT PLN (Persero) Area Tanjung Priok, it was found that the saved kWh was 14493.89 kWh with a value of Rp 21,266,595, which could be saved. Keywords: Mobile Substation Unit, minimal maintenance outages, network reliability Untuk meningkatkan keandalan jaringan listrik, PT PLN (Persero) secara rutin melakukan pemeliharaan gardu distribusi. Di sisi lain, pekerjaan pemeliharaan gardu distribusi dilakukan dalam kondisi jaringan listrik yang padam sehingga mengakibatkan terhambatnya penyaluran tenaga listrik ke pelanggan. Pemadaman akibat pemeliharaan gardu distribusi ini akan mempengaruhi nilai SAIDI di PT PLN (Persero). Salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi pemadaman yang cukup tinggi akibat pemeliharaan gardu distribusi adalah dengan menggunakan Unit Gardu Bergerak (UGB) pada saat proses pemeliharaan atau biasa disebut pemeliharaan minim padam. Pada penelitian ini diambil sampel 21 gardu yang telah dilakukan pemasangan UGB untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan di Area Tanjung Priok. Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik. Dari hasi penelitian yang dilakukan nilai SAIDI pemeliharaan gardu distribusi turun sebesar 2,51 jam/pelanggan/tahun setelah dilakukan pemeliharaan dengan pemasangan UGB. Dimana nilai SAIDI pemeliharaan sebelum pemasangan UGB sebesar 2,66 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan SAIDI pemeliharaan setelah pemasangan UGB sebesar 0,15 jam/pelanggan/tahun. Dengan implementasi pemasangan UGB pada kegiatan pemeliharaan gardu distribusi di PT PLN (Persero) Area Tanjung Priok didapatkan kWh terselamatkan sebesar 14493,89 kWh dengan nilai rupiah yang dapat diselamatkan sebesar Rp 21.266.595,-.
