Abstract

Construction and building sectors in Indonesia are currently developing very significantly, one example of which is the construction of multi-storey buildings. The multi-storey building is built on the limitations of land in the city and the high level of demand for space for various types of activities. The more number of floors built, the more complex the level of planning and design will be needed. For that we need to make a system design to facilitate the operation and supervision of multi-storey buildings. This design is done to make it easier for users to carry out their operational activities such as turning on and turning off lights manually or automatically, monitoring the water level in the roof tank in the clean water system, and monitoring the security system in the event of a fire alarm in the building area. Therefore, this design was made (Building Automation System) with Scada-based PLC and microcontroller equipment. To be able to turn on the lights in the area of the building, the user can do it in the control room by using a PC User that functions as a central server. Likewise with monitoring the volume of clean water on the roof tank and the fire indication alarm will be monitored from the main computer. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the system can work well. Users can monitor and control building operations from the interface screen on PC User. The trigger response and monitoring feedback to the interface on the PC user of the tool are relatively fast. The voltage difference in the circuit is small so it is safe for output equipment. Keyword : Building Automation System, PLC, Scada Pembangunan konstruksi dan sektor bangunan di Indonesia saat ini berkembang sangat signifikan, salah satu contohnya adalah pembangunan gedung bertingkat. Gedung bertingkat dibangun berdasarkan keterbatasan tanah di perkotaan dan tingginya tingkat permintaan ruang untuk berbagai macam kegiatan. Semakin banyak jumlah lantai yang dibangun akan diperlukan tingkat perencanaan dan perancangan yang semakin rumit. Untuk itu perlu dibuat perancangan sistem untuk mempermudah dalam pengoperasian serta pengawasan pada bangunan gedung bertingkat. Perancangan ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan user dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional mereka seperti menyalakan dan mematikan lampu secara manual ataupun otomatis, memantau ketinggian air di roof tank pada sistem air bersih, dan melakukan pemantauan pada sistem keamanan bila terjadi alarm kebakaran di area gedung. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah perancangan ini (Building Automation System) dengan peralatan PLC dan microcontroller berbasis Scada. Untuk dapat menyalakan lampu pada area gedung, user dapat melakukannya didalam ruang control dengan menggunakan PC User yang difungsikan sebagai server pusat. Begitupun dengan pemantauan volume air bersih pada roof tank dan alarm indikasi kebakaran akan dapat terpantau dari komputer utama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik. User dapat memonitor dan mengendalikan kegiatan operasional gedung dari layar interface pada PC User. Respon trigger maupun feedback monitoring untuk ke interface pada PC user dari alat tersebut relatif cepat. Selisih tegangan pada rangkaian pun kecil sehingga aman untuk peralatan output.
