Abstract

Body temperature is one of the vital signs that need to be considered in human health. Human body temperature is said to be normal at a temperature of 35–37.5 C. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, body temperature checks are often carried out in a number of public places and offices to detect early symptoms of virus infection and prevent transmission of the virus by using a type of firing thermometer operated by building guards. Then the measurement data will be recorded manually both on paper and on the computer. This takes a long time and results in accurate measurement and recording of human body temperature data so that a "Detection and Recording System for Human Body Temperature Based on the Internet of Things using Ubidots" is designed. The system uses a Nodemcu ESP8266 microcontroller as the main control. The MLX90614 temperature sensor is a non-contact sensor for reading body temperature. Proximity sensor as a sensor for reading object distances with the MLX90614 temperature sensor. Buzzer as an alarm to provide high temperature warning. The temperature measurement data will be processed by the Nodemcu ESP8266 microcontroller and then sent to the Ubidots server and displayed in the form of a line chart to see the results of normal and high temperature measurements in real-time. The temperature measurement will be displayed on an LCD screen. The results of the research that has been carried out based on comparison with the Thermo Gun show that the system is able to detect human body temperature for normal temperatures (35–37.5˚C) and high temperatures (> 37.5 ° C) with an accuracy rate of 99.38%. When the system reads a high temperature (> 37.5 ˚C), the Buzzer gives a warning / alarm sound to the system. The delay in sending temperature data to the Ubidots server has an average time difference of 5.1 seconds and the amount of data sent is 8 bytes. Keywords: Human Body, Sensor MLX90614, NodeMcu ESP8266, Ubidots, Buzzer, LCD Suhu tubuh merupakan salah satu tanda vital yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kesehatan manusia. Suhu tubuh manusia dikatakan normal pada suhu 35–37,5˚C. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, pemeriksaan suhu tubuh kerap dilakukan di sejumlah tempat publik dan perkantoran untuk mendeteksi gejala awal terinfeksi virus dan mencegah penularan virus dengan menggunakan jenis termometer tembak yang dioperasikan oleh penjaga gedung. Selanjutnya data pengukuran tersebut akan dilakukan pencatatan secara manual baik pada kertas maupun komputer. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan menimbulkan kurang akuratnya pengukuran dan pencatatan data suhu tubuh manusia sehingga dirancang sebuah “ Sistem Pendeteksi dan Pencatatan Suhu Tubuh Manusia Berbasis Internet of Things menggunakan Ubidots “. Sistem menggunakan mikrokontroller Nodemcu ESP8266 sebagai kontrol utama. Sensor suhu MLX90614 sebagai sensor pembacaan suhu tubuh secara non-kontak. Sensor Proximity sebagai sensor pembacaan jarak objek dengan sensor suhu MLX90614. Buzzer sebagai alarm untuk memberikan peringatan suhu tinggi. Data pengukuran suhu akan diproses oleh mikrokontroller Nodemcu ESP8266 kemudian dikirim ke server Ubidots dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk line chart untuk melihat hasil pengukuran suhu normal dan tinggi secara real - time. Pengukuran suhu akan ditampilkan pada sebuah layar LCD. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan perbandingan dengan Thermo Gun didapatkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi suhu tubuh manusia untuk suhu normal (35–37,5˚C) dan suhu tinggi (>37.5°C) dengan tingkat akurasi 99.38 %. Ketika sistem membaca suhu tinggi (>37,5˚C), Buzzer memberikan bunyi peringatan/alarm pada sistem. Delay pengiriman data suhu ke server Ubidots rata rata selisih waktu sebesar 5.1 detik dan besar data yang dikirimkan sebesar 8 byte.
