Abstract

Access to the room for the smart home internet of things based on the Android application is a combination of technology and service in the home environment with the aim of increasing efficiency, comfort and security. The smart home system consists of control devices, monitoring and automation devices. On smart home, some devices or home appliances can be accessed through a computer or via a smart phone. The smart home system on the control and monitoring side still does not support multiple platforms and is still in a limited scope. So that the implementation is still in short distance communication. This study aims to design and create systems that can be accessed anywhere based on IoT. The research methodology uses an experimental methodology. In its implementation using Arduino Wemos D1 communication for sending data to the server thing speak. The results of the study, in access can be done both at home and outside the home. The results of testing, in the house can be done directly by accessing the manual using the exchange switch and if accessed from the outside can be done through the think speak server via the internet, but delay is required in each data transmission to the think speak server. Smart home internet of things based on android applications This greatly increases the efficiency, comfort and security of Homeowners because this system functions for controlling Lights at home can be accessed remotely using the think speak server on an android application and manually using the exchange switch installed in home walls and for security of the house by opening the door using fingerprints that have been registered through a finger print sensor so selenoid door lock for the door can be opened and closed so that the comfort and safety of the residence for the family. Akses perangkat ruangan untuk smart home internet of things berbasis aplikasi android ini merupakan gabungan antara teknologi dan pelayanan pada lingkungan rumah dengan tujuan meningkatkan efesiensi, kenyamanan dan keamanan. Sistem smart home terdiri dari perangkat kendali, monitoring dan otomatisasi perangkat. Pada smart home, beberapa perangkat atau peralatan rumah yang dapat diakses melalui sebuah komputer ataupun melalui smart phone. Sistem smart home pada sisi kendali dan pemantauan masih belum mendukung multiple platform dan masih dalam jangakauan yang terbatas. Sehingga dalam implementasinya masih dalam komunikasi jarak pendek. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem yang dapat diakses di mana saja berbasis IoT. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metodologi eksperimen. Dalam implementasinya menggunakan komunikasi arduino wemos D1 untuk pengiriman data ke server thing speak. Hasil penelitian, dalam akses dapat dilakukan di dalam rumah maupun di luar rumah. Hasil pengujian, di dalam rumah dapat dilakukan langsung dengan mengakes manual mengunakan saklar tukar dan bila diakses dari luar dapat dilakukan melalui server think speak melalui internet, akan tetapi diperlukan delay dalam setiap pengiriman data ke server think speak. Smart home internet of things berbasis aplikasi android Ini sangat meningkatkan efesiensi, kenyaman dan keamanan Pemilik Rumah Karena Sistem ini berfungsi untuk pengkontrolan Lampu di rumah bisa di akses dengan jarak jauh menggunakan server think speak pada aplikasi android dan secara manual menggunakan saklar tukar yang di pasang di dinding rumah dan untuk pengamanan rumah dengan membuka pintu menggunakan sidik jari yang sudah di daftarkan melalui sensor finger Print sehingga selenoid door lock untuk pintu bisa terbuka dan tertutup sehingga kenyaman dan keamanan untuk tempat tinggal bagi kelurga. Kata kunci : Smart home, Arduino wemos D1, saklar tukar, IoT, things speak.
