Abstract

Railways is one of system unity consisting of infrastructure, facilities and human resources, as well as norms, criteria, requirements and procedures for rail transportation operation. Railway transportation safety is the main requirement that needs attention. The Indonesian government in 2019 inaugurated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) trains operating from Lebak Bulus-Bundaran Indonesia Hotel. Transmission System has used GOA 2, which is an automatic operating train. Train delays are one of the problems that can disrupt train operations or passenger service. Jakarta MRT train on the platform area is connected to the PSD system. In the event of a failure in the open/close PSD, trains at the relevant station cannot operate automatically. It conclude that, a remote PSD design is needed at SCADA Facility located in Operation Control Centre to follow up disruption quickly so that Train Travel Chart (GAPEKA) doesn’t tangle and experience lots of delays. PSD Remote Simulation Test Results, if OCC enables override selector on SCADA remote PSD then OCC can disconnect PSD system communication with Satellite and PSD door can operate centrally. Similarly, local control selector, if OCC activates selector then PSD can be controlled centrally but the originality remains connected to PSD system. From the simulation test results, the overall system design carried out can work well. Keywords : Platform Screen Door, Programmable Logic Control, SCADA System, Railways Perkeretaapian adalah salah satu kesatuan sistem yang terdiri atas prasarana, sarana, dan sumber daya manusia, serta norma, kriteria, persyaratan, dan prosedur untuk penyelenggaraan transportasi kereta api. Keselamatan transportasi perkeretaapian merupakan kebutuhan utama yang perlu diperhatikan. Pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2019 meresmikan kereta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) yang beroperasi dari Lebak Bulus – Bundaran Hotel Indonesia. Untuk Sistem Persinyalan telah menggunakan GOA 2, yaitu kereta api yang beroperasional secara otomatis. Keterlambatan kereta menjadi salah satu masalah yang dapat mengganggu operasional kereta api ataupun pada pelayanan penumpang. Persinyalan kereta MRT Jakarta pada area platform terhubung dengan system PSD. Ketika terjadi kegagalan dalam open/close PSD, kereta yang berada di stasiun terkait tidak dapat beroperasi otomatis. Dari hal tersebut dibutuhkan desain remot PSD pada Facility SCADA yang bertempat di Operation Control Central guna menindak lanjuti gangguan secara cepat agar Grafik Perjalanan KA (GAPEKA) tidak kusut dan banyak mengalami keterlambatan. Hasil pengujian simulasi remot PSD, apabila OCC mengaktifkan selector Override pada SCADA remot PSD maka OCC dapat memutus komunikasi sistem PSD dengan persinyaln dan pintu PSD dapat operasikan terpusat. Begitu juga dengan selector local control, apabila OCC mengaktifkan selector maka PSD dapat dikendalikan terpusat akan tetapi persinyalan tetap terhubung dengan sistem PSD. Dari hasil pengujian simulasi keseluruhan desain sistem yang dilakukan dapat bekerja dengan baik. KATA KUNCI: Platform Screen Door, Progammable Logic Control, SCADA System, Perkeretaapian
