Abstract

Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) is a sensitive diagnosis method to detect and to find out changes in the mechanical of transmission transformer winding by injecting low voltage at the specified frequency range. The changes can be due to electrical damage or mechanical disturbance such as during transportation, earthquake, and short circuit. Disturbances that can be detect are the transformer core damage, winding shift, and deformation of the transformer windings. The SFRA test method being use here is to compare between times, which is implement by the frequency versus magnitude curve. The test is done using YnD1 (Y-D 30°lag) transmission transformer with 30 MVA capacity located at PT,PLN GI Maumere area. By using a tool FRAX 101, from comparison testing. From comparison testing, interference from the high voltage side where phase 1U - 1N experiences interference from the low frequency side, namely damage to the transformer core, and for phase 1V - 1N experiencing interference from the side of the low frequency and high frequency, that is the disturbance lies in the shift of the main windings or windings Analisis Respons Frekuensi Penyapuan atau Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) adalah metode diagnosis yang sangat sensitif untuk mendeteksi dan mengetahui perubahan struktur mekanik kumparan transformator transmisi dengan cara menginjeksi tegangan rendah pada rentang frekuensi yang ditentukan. Perubahan karakteristik tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh kerusakan kelistrikan atau gangguan mekanis seperti kerusakan pada saat transportasi pengiriman, gempa bumi, dan hubung singkat. Jenis gangguan yang dapat dideteksi adalah kerusakan pada inti transformator, pergeseran kumparan, dan perubahan bentuk kumparan (deformasi) transformator. Metode pengujian Analisis Respons Frekuensi Penyapuan yang dipergunakan disini adalah dengan melakukan perbandingan antar waktu yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk kurva hubungan antara frekuensi dan magnitudo. Pengujian dilakukan pada satu jenis transformator transmisi Ynd1 (Y-D 30°lag) dengan kapasitas daya 30 MVA yang berlokasi di PT PLN Area GI Maumere. Dengan menggunakan alat FRAX 101 dengan referensi data dari pabrikan didapatkanlah hasil dengan menggunakan perbandingan melalui software FRAX 101, data dari perbandingan pengujian. Dari hasil pengujian, gangguan dari sisi high voltage dimana phasa 1U – 1N mengalami gangguan dari sisi frekuensi rendah (Low Frequency) yaitu gangguan kerusakan pada inti transformator, dan untuk phasa 1V – 1N mengalami gangguan dari sisi frekuensi rendah dan frekuensi tinggi (High Frequency) yaitu gangguan terletak pada pergeseran lead (ujung) belitan utama atau tap belitan.
