Abstract

Technologies nowadays are widely used by manufacturing companies to optimize their work. Relating to it, one of the important things in manufacturing companies is information systems. Nowadays, manufacturing companies need to build an integrated and a fast logistics system. This research is placed at PT. Masolikalerindo Perkasa, the company is still delivered logistics information in manually, their inventory and production data is only documented in Microsoft Excel where information flow is not efficient. Because the logistics information system is still manual, this indicates that there is an overstock of ABC-300 materials. Therefore, a logistics information system was created to accommodate logistical information at PT. Masolikalerindo with an ERP-based opensource odoo approach so that it can streamline the delivery time of logistics information. The study was conducted by modeling system modeling by making a proposed flow diagram, database architecture, database model, and Unified Modeling Languge (UML) with Use Case Diagrams. Entering the company database into opensource odoo is in the form of BOM, vendors, consumers (in the form of dummy data), and raw material prices which are assumption data. After testing the system, it is known that the company can streamline the amount of raw material entering, to reduce excess stock in the warehouse. Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), database, inventory, supply chain, opensource odoo, technology Perkembangan teknologi saat ini banyak sekali dimanfaatkan oleh perushaan manufaktur untuk mengoptimalkan perusahaan mereka dalam bekerja. Berkaitan dengan teknologi, salah satu hal yang penting dalam perusahaan manufaktur adalah sistem informasi. Saat ini perusahaan manufaktur perlu membangun yaitu sistem informasi logistik yang terintegrasi secara aktual dan cepat. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Masolikalerindo Perkasa dalam penyaluran informasi logistik masih disampaikan secara manual dan pencatatan data persediaan dan produksi hanya didokumentasikan dalam Microsoft Excel di mana kurang efisien dalam penyampaian informasinya. Karena sistem informasi logistik masih bersifat manual, hal ini menunjukkan adanya keadaan kelebihan stok bahan baku produk ABC-300. Maka dari itu, dibuatlah suatu sistem informasi logistik untuk menampung informasi logistik pada PT. Masolikalerindo dengan pendekatan ERP berbasis opensource odoo agar dapat mengefisiensikan waktu penyampaian informasi logistik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pemodelan pemodelan sistem dengan pembuatan usulan diagram aliran, arsitektur database, model database, dan Unified Modelling Languge (UML) dengan Use Case Diagram. Pemasukan database perusahaan ke dalam opensource odoo ini berupa BOM, vendor, konsumen (berupa data dummy), serta harga bahan baku yang merupakan data asumsi. Setelah dilakukan uji coba sistem, diketahui perusahaan dapat mengefisiensikan jumlah bahan baku yang masuk, untuk mengurangi kelebihan stok di gudang.
