Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 9 perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software EViews 9. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan. The study aimed to determine the effect of the capital structure, liquidity, and profitability to the value of the company. Population in the research is in coal minning sub sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample is 9 of coal mining sub sector company that met the criteria. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection method uses the library method. Data analysis method uses panel data regression analys with the help of software EViews 9. The study proves that capital structure doesn’t effect the value of the company, liquidity has a negative but doesn’t significant effect the value of the company, and the profitability has a positive and significant effect the value of the company.
