Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2018. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 59 perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 31 perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang memiliki kriteria dan di dapat sebanyak 62 objek observasi (pengamatan). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode perpustakaan, dengan mengunduh data laporan tahunan Perusahaan Sub Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2018. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan program software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage dan Profitabilitas tidak berbepangaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study tries to analyze the effect leverage, liquidity and profitability of firm value on property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2018 period. The population of this research is 59 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, the sample used is as many as 31 companies in the property and real estate sub-sector which have criteria and as many as 62 objects of observation (collection). The data collection method uses the library method, by downloading the annual report data of the Property and Real Estate Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2018 period. The data analysis method uses the Panel Data Regression method with the help of the Eviews 9. software program. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Leverage and profitability do not affect the firm value.
