Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan pengelola jalan tol yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2007-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini, terdapat 4 perusahaan yang bergerak di subsektor Jalan Tol, Pelabuhan, Bandara & Sejenisnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 3 perusahaan pengelola jalan tol yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan alat pengolahan data Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, Total Assets Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba dan Arus Kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Kata kunci : Pertumbuhan Laba, Net Profit Margi (NPM)n, Return On Asset (ROA), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Arus Kas. This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence Profit Growth in toll road management companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2007-2018 period. The population in this study, there are 4 companies engaged in the Toll Road, Ports, Airports & the like. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 3 toll road companies that met the criteria. The method of analysis uses panel data regression with data processing tools Eviews 9. The results show that Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on Profit Growth, Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has an effect positive and significant impact on Profit Growth and Cash Flow has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth.
