Abstract
Factory buiding at Cikampek using galvalume roof has the longer roof span is 74 meters. The method of work for install the roof use staging scaffolding for cast the roof and also use cast the roof on the ground. Because of that , the writer will compare the method of installation galvalume roof using staging scaffolding and without staging scaffolding based on time schedule. This research was conducted with field observation method and literature study. Field observation focused on collecting the data as much as possible and literature study search from journals. By studying documents and records relting to the research object such as project schedule and other related data. From these data, we use Cyclone simulation to analyze. Based on the results of the analysis of roofing methods with staging scaffolding more effective because it can install 197 units / hour, while the method of installing non-staging roofs is only 125 units / hour. Keywords : Analyze, Roof , Galvalume, Cyclone Bangunan pabrik di Cikampek ini menggunakan atap galvalume dengan atap terpanjang yaitu 74 meter. Metode pemasangan atap pada pabrik ini menggunakan staging scaffolding untuk mencetak atap dan juga menggunakan metode konvensional atau mencetak dibawah. Oleh karena itu penulis akan melakukan perbandingan metode pekerjaan pemasangan atap menggunakan staging scaffolding dan tanpa staging scaffolding ditinjau dari waktu pelaksanaannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan di lapangan dan study literature. Pengamatan lapangan lebih menitik beratkan dengan mengumpulkan data-data sebanyak mungkin di lapangan sedangkan study literatur mencari bahan-bahan dan keterangan dari jurnal yang telah ada. Dengan mempelajari dokumen dan catatan-catatan yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian, seperti schedule proyek dan data-data lain yang masih berkaitan. Dari data-data tersebut dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan simulasi CYCLONE. Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode pemasangan atap dengan staging scaffolding lebih efektif karena dapat memasang 197 unit/jam, sedangkan metode pemasangan atap non-staging hanya 125 unit/jam.
