Abstract

PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) which is engaged in the business of purifying dore bullion into pure gold and silver. The plan to procure Product Packaging in the form of Box Small Bar for 2020 precious metal packaging is around 2 (two) billion. So to be able to guarantee the procurement, the company must be able to analyze the selection of Suppliers to determine the best Supplier to be contracted within the next 1 (one) year. AHP method approach helps companies to be able to determine the priority order of criteria and sub-criteria in selecting Suppliers, so that the selected Supplier is able to meet all the criteria set by the company. Based on data processing using the AHP method, the main criteria in selecting Box Small Bar’s Suppliers are Service criteria with a weight of 0.28, then Flexibility criteria with a weight of 0.27, then a Delivery criterion with a weight of 0.19, Cost criteria with a weight of 0.16, and the last criterion is Quality with a weight 0.09. The most optimal Box Small Bar material Supplier to choose because it fulfills all the criteria and sub-criteria of the company is PT. B with a weight of 0.456. Keywords: Box Small Bar, Supplier Selection, Criteria, AHP PT Antam Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang bisnis memurnikan dore bullion menjadi emas dan perak murni. Rencana pengadaan Product Packaging berupa Box Small Bar untuk kemasan logam mulia batangan tahun 2020 berkisar senilai 2 (dua) miliar. Sehingga untuk dapat menjamin pengadaan tersebut maka perusahaan harus mampu menganalisis pemilihan Supplier untuk menentukan Supplier terbaik yang akan dikontrak dalam jangka waktu 1 (satu) tahun ke depan. Pendekatan metode AHP membantu perusahaan untuk dapat menentukan urutan prioritas kriteria dan subkriteria dalam pemilihan Supplier, sehingga Supplier yang dipilih mampu memenuhi semua kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan metode AHP, didapatkan kriteria utama dalam pemilihan Supplier Box Small Bar yaitu kriteria Service dengan bobot 0,28, kemudian kriteria Flexibility dengan bobot 0,27, selanjutnya kriteria Delivery dengan bobot 0,19, kriteria Cost dengan bobot 0,16, dan kriteria terkahir yaitu Quality dengan bobot 0,09. Supplier material Box Small Bar yang paling optimal untuk dipilih karena memenuhi semua kriteria dan subkriteria dari perusahaan adalah PT. B dengan bobot 0,456.
