Abstract

This research is ained to analysis The Effect of Job Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on Employee Performance (Study at PT. Waskita Karya Divison II in DKI Jakarta). The object of this research is employees at PT. Waskita Karya Division II in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive method.Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study are Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload does not affect employee performance, the work environment has a positive and is significant on the performance of employees at PT. Waskita Karya Division II in DKI Jakarta. Keywords: Job Stress, Workload, Work Environment, Performance Employee Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi di PT. Waskita Karya Divisi II di DKI Jakarta). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Waskita Karya Divisi II di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah Stress Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Waskita Karya Divisi II di DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
