Abstract
Along with the development of the era and the growing population in Indonesia, which makes Indonesia the country with the largest population in the World and in Indonesia itself, the region that has the most population is located in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta which is also the economic center of Indonesia which makes the number of people in each year from various regions in Indonesia whose livelihoods are in Jakarta which causes land constraints and expensive rental prices and land prices to build housing so that many Jakartans who are difficulty finding a place to live. With the concept of Low Cost Housing or Vertical Housing with low cost targeted for decent low income people by considering the lifestyle of people who are not used to living in vertical housing. In the design of Low Cost Housing integrated with the Modern market, with the theme of Green Architecture and also refers to the standardization of the government located in Tanah Abang Central Jakarta, so that the efficiency of land in the design of Low Cost Housing can make a cheap, viable, and convenient residential solution for low income people. Keywords : Community, Low Cost, Occupancy Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman dan bertambah nya jumlah populasi di Indonesia, yang menjadikan Indonesia menjadi negera dengan jumlah populasi terbanyak di Dunia dan di Indonesia sendiri, wilayah yang memiliki penduduk terbanyak terletak di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta yang juga menjadi pusat ekonomi Indonesia yang menjadikan banyaknya masyarakat disetiap tahunnya dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia yang sumber mata pencahariannya dijakarta yang menyebabkan keterbatasan lahan dan mahal nya harga sewa maupun harga lahan untuk membangun tempat tinggal sehingga banyak masyarakat Jakarta yang kesulitan mencari tempat tinggal. Dengan adanya konsep Low Cost Housing atau Hunian Vertikal dengan biaya murah yang ditargetkan untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang layak dengan mempertimbangan pola hidup masyarakat yang belum terbiasa tinggal di hunian vertikal. Pada rancangan Low Cost Housing yang Terintegrasi dengan pasar Modern ini dengan tema Arsitektur Hijau dan juga mengacu pada standarisasi dari pemerintah yang berlokasi di Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat, sehingga efesiensi lahan pada rancangan Low Cost Housing ini bisa menjadikan solusi hunian yang murah, layak, dan nyaman bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.
