Abstract
The study was conducted on the labeling at PT. Intercallin. The operator's working posture is bent over a load of more than 10kg carried out manually during the process of taking raw materials and laying the finished product. This study aims to determine the level of MSDs risk and design work facilities to minimize MSDs risk in the labeling section. The analysis uses the Nordic Body Map to find out operator complaints and the REBA method to determine the operator's risk level. The results obtained by the final score of REBA are 10 high risk levels need improvement. The proposal given is to install hydraulics on the laying of the pallet so that the operator can adjust the level of the raw material or finished product according to the operator's best posture. After improvement REBA score is 3 levels of low risk. Keywords: Work posture, Nordic Body Map, REBA. Penelitian dilakukan pada bagian labelling di PT. Intercallin. Postur kerja operator membungkuk dengan beban lebih dari 10kg dilakukan secara manual saat proses pengambilan bahan baku dan peletakkan produk jadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko MSDs dan merancang fasilitas kerja untuk meminimalkan risiko MSDs dibagian labelling. Analisis menggunakan Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui keluhan operator serta metode REBA untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko operator. Hasil penelitian didapat skor akhir REBA adalah 10 level risiko tinggi perlu adanya perbaikan. Usulan yang diberikan yaitu dengan memasang hidrolik pada peletakkan pallet sehingga operator bisa mengatur tinggi rendahnya bahan baku maupun produk jadi sesuai postur terbaik operator. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan skor REBA adalah 3 level risiko rendah. Kata Kunci : Postur kerja, Nordic Body Map, REBA.
