Abstract
Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important to be applied especially in companies that deal directly with the field of production, so that employees feel safe, comfortable, healthy, and safe in doing work. The implementation of K3 in the Bekasi Juanda Transpark Project is still not well implemented by the company, this is evidenced by the number of work accidents as many as 30 cases from March to September in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) with employee productivity in the Juanda Bekasi Transpark Project. This research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis method by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires stage 1 with experts and stage 2 with 92 respondents. This research was processed using data analysis methods and SPSS version 24 for descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, chi square tests, Spearman rank tests, and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study, the relationship of occupational safety and health (K3) using multiple linear regression there is an influence between the K3 variable with employee work productivity, and with a Spearman rank correlation value of 0.951 which shows a very strong relationship between the application of Safety and Health (K3) with employee productivity . In addition, it is also proven by (pvalue <0.05) where if the value of pvalue <0.05 then there is a relationship between the variable implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) with employee productivity. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Productivity, Work Accidents Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sangat penting diterapkan khususnya pada perusahaan yang berhubungan langsung dengan bidang produksi, agar karyawan merasa aman, nyaman, sehat, dan selamat dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan K3 di Proyek Transpark Juanda Bekasi masih belum dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh perusahaan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 30 kasus periode bulan Maret sampai September ditahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan produktivitas karyawan pada Proyek Transpark Juanda Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner tahap 1 dengan pakar dan tahap 2 dengan 92 responden. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode analisis data dan SPSS versi 24 untuk uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji chi square, uji rank spearman, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hubungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) menggunakan regresi linier berganda terdapat pengaruh antara variabel K3 dengan produktifitas kerja karyawan, dan dengan nilai korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0,951 yang menunjukan hubungan sangat kuat antara penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan (K3) dengan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, juga dibuktikan dengan (pvalue<0,05) dimana jika nilai pvalue<0,05 maka ada hubungan antara variabel penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dengan produktivitas karyawan.
