Abstract

The high level of mobilization on these roads is also due to the large number of people who live in Tangerang but work in Jakarta. This condition is not matched by adequate road infrastructure and facilities and public transportation. This can be seen from the increasing number of private vehicle users. The dominance for accident in West Jakarta is vehicle by vehicle. Secondary data on road traffic accidents in West Jakarta 2016-2019 were obtained from West Jakarta Police. Based on these data, the number of accidents was calculated using the frequency method, the EPDO method, and the AEK method. Primary data is obtained from the results of observations and surveys to determine accident handling efforts. Based on the results of the analysis of accident-prone locations on Jalan Jakarta Barat 2016-2019, the three highest rankings of accident rates were obtained. The highest number of accidents is found on the Daan Mogot road section, which has a death toll of 99 incidents, 86 seriously injured, and 85 minor injuries. With a total loss of IDR 549,152,005.00. Tingkat mobilisasi yang cukup besar pada jalan juga disebabkan banyaknya penduduk yang bertempat tinggal di Tangerang namun bekerja di Jakarta. Kondisi tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan prasarana dan sarana jalan serta transportasi public yang memadai. hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya pengguna kendaraan pribadi. Dominasi untuk laka di Jakarta Barat yaitu kendaraan dengan kendaraan. Data sekunder kecelakaan lalu lintas Jalan Jakarta Barat tahun 2016-2019 di peroleh dari Polresta Jakarta Barat. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dihitung angka kecelakaan dengan metode frekensi, metode EPDO, dan metode AEK. Data primer di peroleh dari hasil pengamatan dan survei untuk dapat mengetahui upaya penanganan kecelakaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lokasi rawan kecelakaan di ruas Jalan Jakarta Barat tahun 2016- 2019 didapatkan tiga peringkat tertinggi angka kecelakaan. Angka kecelakaan tertinggi terdapat pada Ruas jalan daan Mogot yang memiliki jumlah korban meninggal sejumlah 99 kejadian, 86 korban luka berat, dan 85 korban luka ringan. Dengan jumlah kerugian Rp 549.152.005,00. Kata kunci: Jalan, Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas, Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan, Metode Frekuensi, Metode EPDO, Metode AEK.
